EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAM
  • Medical Insurance
    Point of service plan provides co-payment with in-network providers, with the option to use out-of-network providers subject to deductible and co-insurance.
  • Flexible Benefits
    Bradley offers the opportunity for employees to participate in Pre-Tax Medical/Dental Premiums Deductions, Flexible Medical Spending and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
  • Dental Insurance
    Basic Plan provides preventative care at 100% and required dental work with a deductible and co-insurance payment. Preferred Plan with in-network provider offers no deductible and lower co-pay.
  • Life Insurance
    Term life insurance policy based on compensation.
  • Accidental Death Insurance
    Policy provides twenty-four (24) hour coverage, face amount is based on compensation.
  • Short-Term Disability
    Self-insured salary continuation for first six (6) months of disability.
  • Long-Term Disability
    Policy provides 60% of salary (coordinated with primary Social Security) for length of disability or age 65.
  • Pension Plan
    Bradley has an IRS approved Defined Benefit Pension Plan.
  • 401(k)
    Bradley offers employees the opportunity to contribute a pre-tax portion of their earnings to this plan.
  • Holidays
    Twelve (12) paid holidays per year, which includes all work days between Christmas and New Year's Day.
  • Vacation
    Plan allows for one (1) week of paid vacation after first year of service. Expands to six (6) weeks vacation at twenty-five (25) years of service.
  • Tuition Plan
    Bradley offer an optional tuition advance of tuition/refund program based on approval of classes/course of study.
  • Team Work Bonus Plan
    Plan offers all Bradley personnel an annual bonus based upon return on assets.
