Job Description

As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading and supporting our systems infrastructure that is used by our public facing web sites, internal applications and business operations. 


  • Ensuring 24/7 availability of services and infrastructure related to our production environment
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting network hardware and software applications
  • Researching and implementing new technologies and best practices
  • Developing and maintaining internal systems documentation
  • Monitoring and auditing the health and availability of all systems
  • Developing tools and processes to automate tasks
  • Troubleshooting systems issues in support of our software development team
  • Associate’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • At least 2 years experience in systems administration and network support
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-through and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
