Food Service Substitute Stevens Point Area Public School District Days/Times will vary Join our team of 1100 staff in beautiful family-friendly Stevens Point, Wisconsin. We offer K-12 education across several communities and are one of the largest districts in Wisconsin, consisting of: *Nine elementary schools *Two junior high schools *One senior high school *Point of Discovery Charter School *Charles Fernandez Center (alternative high school) *Boston School Forest *Online Learning Center *4K program Essential Functions: - Preparation of food items on site. - Serving of food to school children and staff using portion control guidelines. - Complete cleanup and sanitation of food service and dish room area including cafeteria tables, dishwashing manual and mechanical, and pot and pan washing.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED and minimal experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Neat, good personal hygiene, good math skills, pleasant personality and ability to work under pressure. -- Ability to relate well to students, staff and co-workers. - Previous experience desirable. - On-going attendance at food service related workshops and classes desirable.
