We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for our customer, County Materials located in Marathon City, WI.

Job Duties

  • Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
  • Maintains comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Performs minor accounting and bookkeeping duties.
  • Provides calendar management support; organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering, when necessary.
  • Answers incoming phone calls politely and professionally and accurately transcribes messages.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and creates trip itineraries.
  • Uses various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Poised under pressure, is professional, and maintains strict confidentiality
  • Ability to evaluate communications and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines).
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
