JOB TITLE: Plant Manager II- Richland Center
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

The Plant Manager II oversees the full site operation at our Richland Center, WI Plant where we produce Italian Style Cheeses & Dairy Ingredients. This position is responsible for creating a culture of safety and for achieving year over year operational improvement with regards to safety, quality, service, value and teamwork. This individual will work as a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team and contributes to the Co-Op's success by continually improving manufacturing processes and creating a culture of engagement that empowers all employees to drive high performance.

Responsibilities:

Establish operational strategic plans that align with and deliver the business strategy.

Ensure and maintain a culture that aligns with the standards of Foremost Farms' mission, values and purpose and work cross-functionally with other departments.

Develop talent to prepare them for future assignments, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.

* Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing facility

* HACCP

* Bachelor's degree in related field

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speaking/Writing experience preferred

* Budgeting experience

* Experience managing labor unions

* PCQI

* Prior Dairy experience

* LEAN manufacturing
