Your Opportunity:

Greenheck's growing Marketing team is in search of a talented, experienced, and motivated UI/UX Specialist. As the UI/UX Specialist you will be responsible for the design and implementation of all experiences a user has on company websites and other customer facing digital tools and systems. This person will work closely with our Marketing Systems, Customer Insights and Creative Teams to ensure seamless web and mobile designs and successful implementation of UI/UX best practices across all of our digital platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the various Greenheck Group brands, optimizing existing user interface designs.
  • Develop solutions to interface challenges, with a focus towards engineering implementation.
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, user flow diagrams, and sitemaps.
  • Design UI elements and tools including navigational menus and megamenus, search tools, tabs and widgets for our digital experiences.
  • Test UI elements such at CTA's, banners, page layouts and designs, page flows and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop UI elements and page layouts that elevate the visual experience of our website and other digital tools.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Insights Team to understand user requirements to ensure the creation and delivery of industry leading digital user experiences.
  • Evaluate and measure the digital user experience through the use of analytics tools and propose AB testing opportunities.
  • Consistently stay up to date with current and evolving UI/UX trends and technology driving the next generation of customer experience.

What you should have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Scientific and Technical Communication or similar field

  • Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

  • Between 3-5 years of work experience is required.

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software preferred: Visio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Familiarity with Sitefinity or similar content management system preferred, but not required
