Position Summary

The Junior Integration Technician internship is an introduction to integration of IT equipment per customer's requirements; to include, racking & stacking, component level troubleshooting/repair, cabling, networking and data center technologies. In addition this person will interact with FDTS Salesforce team as the POC from Engineering to discuss requirements and potentially implement them.

Essential Job Functions

*Acquire the knowledge necessary to document, rack/stack assemble equipment,testing and delivering the final product for shipping.

*Acquire the knowledge to use Salesforce.

Minimum Required Qualifications
    Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiar with ERP operation & implementation
  • Basic understanding of Electronic Information Systems (EIS)
  • The ability to perform a variety of tasks across a wide spectrum or areas
  • Ability to document problem resolution summaries and repetitive tasks interfacesthrough online ticketing system.
  • Proficient in MS Office products

Working Conditions:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
