SUMMARY
To assist in developing and implementing programs and training in the area of Occupational Health. Provides health services to employees or persons who become ill or injured on company premises by performing the following duties. Provide these services on off shifts and/or weekend shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assists with supervisory responsibilities of First Responders
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (RN) or LPN in Nursing or equivalent from two-year college with minimum of four years nursing experience.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Occupational Health setting preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current Registered Nurse licensure in State of Missouri, Missouri Paramedic Licensure or EMT Licensure issued by Missouri Department of Health required. Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification required.

The employee selected for this position will be on an introductory period during which time his/her performance will be evaluated. If during this time it is determined that the employee cannot successfully fulfill the requirements of this position, every attempt will be made to return the employee to his/her previous job assignment, if it has not already been filled by another employee.
